My son, who is in 8th grade, is ADHD, very visual, hates busy work and writing, and needs help organizing. They are serious Catholics, interested in the humanities, and very bright. We've got a decent list of Catholic schools, but are alo looking for non-Catholic schools where a student with very high SATs will have intellectual peers, but where her Catholicism won't make her an outcast--or better yet where she can find congenial fellow Catholics. I have been homeschool my son for the last 3 years. He is going into the 8th grade. I know we have a year before high school, but the thought is overwhelming me. He has been asking to go to school this summer. I feel like you had "not so great year" for 7th grade. We had a lot of interuptions with family dynamics. But it's coming back! It will be published under the name TG Magazine. (They can't use True Girl again because of copyright.) I didn't see a website on the info I received, but I'm sure one will be coming soon. The True Girl website is still up, but it doesn't say anything about this. We just received a "mini-mag" and were able to subscribe from that. When I find more ...
