High School Transcripts

How or where do I get transcripts for my high school daughter that is acceptable as the ones you get if a child goes to any high school out there? I don't want to sound stupid but is there somewhere I can get one or do I make my own and how? Thankyou for any feedback!

You can download these to your computer and tweak them as you'd like.

In the past I used TranscriptPro, found online, for my three older children. It's easy and was accepted at all colleges, the U.S. Airforce and a private Catholic school.
